2020 Supercross Season Kicks Off With Limited Edition Gear

Tomorrow will mark exactly eight months since the end of the 2019 Supercross season and the start of the 2020 season. Sure we were treated to the Monster Energy Cup back in October, but it doesn't garner nearly the attention or hype as the iconic A1 season opener race.

After the schedule gets announced, rider numbers are chosen, and teams are announced, the last bit of hype we are left with before the fireworks blast out of the infield of Angels Stadium is the announcement of limited edition (LE) gear.

Not all gear manufacturers release LE gear ahead of the first race of the season, but the ones that do usually drop some pretty cool jerseys, pants, mx boots or helmets with fresh colorways or themed designs.

To kick off the 2020 season Fox Racing will be outfitting it's riders Ken Roczen and Adam Cianciarulo in  its new Flexair Honr Limited Edition gear set. The five piece Honr collection is comprised of Fox's top of the line V3 dirt bike helmet, Flexair jersey, Flexair pants, Flexair gloves, and Airspace goggles. A mix of royalty and flash the color scheme is a mix of rich purple swaths, accented by bright flow yellow and subtle white. While not a limited edition item, you can complete the look from head to toe with a set of Flow Yellow Fox Instinct MX boots.

You can always count on Alpinestars to deliver a fresh new pair dirt bike boots ahead of A1 and this year they delivered big time with a cool colorway on a pair of Tech 7s and backed it up with a matching Supertech M8 Helmet. It wasn't until just a few years ago that Alpinestars offered dirt bike helmets so now to have a set of exclusive boots with a matching helmet is pretty rad. The SM8 helmet has a really clean look with breezy teal accents highlighted by flo yellow wrapping around the chinbar and backside and white across the top and visor. The Tech 7 boots feature deep black bottom halves with flo yellow taking over the top half. White buckles compliment the black perfectly while teal and white candy cane stripes dress the shin plate.

Answer Racing will hit the season with throttle wide open by releasing their new LE Trinity Pro Glo jersey and mx pants in two colorways: Purple/Hyper Acid/Black and Hyper Blue/Pink/Black. There's also a pair of AR3 gloves to go with each color way. The Trinity Gear set is Answer's primo line of dirt bike gear so you can expect durability and comfortable fit that will move and perform with the body in the toughest of checkered flag battles.

We are nearly 24 hours away from the gate drop for another exciting season or Supercross racing. You might not be able to ride as fast as the pro's but at least with this dirt bike gear you can look like them.
