At the core of the TT-Revo is KYT's ADT (Advanced Thermoplastic) shell, a durable blend of high-strength thermoplastic resins designed to deliver outstanding impact resistance while maintaining a lightweight structure. The helmet is produced in three shell sizes, helping achieve a more precise fit while minimizing overall bulk for improved comfort and stability at speed.

Inside the helmet, a multi-density EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) liner works in conjunction with the outer shell to provide progressive impact energy absorption. Available in three EPS sizes (XS, M, and L), the liner enhances ergonomics and safety by optimizing the fit and distributing impact forces more effectively.

The scratch-resistant polycarbonate visor provides clear vision and reliable durability on the road. KYT's practical visor mechanism allows for tool-free visor removal, making shield swaps quick and convenient. A secure visor lock system keeps the shield firmly closed during high-speed riding, and the helmet is Pinlock compatible to help prevent fogging in changing weather conditions.

The TT-Revo features five front air intakes and four rear extractors, working with internal EPS airflow channels to draw fresh air through the helmet and efficiently expel hot air from the rear spoiler area. This airflow system helps maintain consistent comfort during long rides or warm-weather conditions.

Comfort is further enhanced by removable cheek pads made from breathable bi-elastic fabric with moisture-absorbing synthetic fibers. These materials wick away sweat and maintain a cool, dry interior during extended rides. Riders can also fine-tune the fit with optional cheek pad thicknesses, ensuring a personalized feel.

A Double D-ring retention system provides a secure, race-tested closure trusted by professional riders worldwide, with compatibility for micrometric add-ons if desired.
