There will be more than 25 top-name vendors such as Fox, Galfer, PRP Seats, Rugged Radios and O'Neal on hand offering huge savings and special deals for this one day event. Saturday Oct 7, 8 a.m.- 3 p.m. Chaparral Motorsport 555 South H Street, San Bernardino, California.

It’s Back! Chaparral Motorsports Monster Parking Lot Sale is coming back to life on Saturday, Oct. 7, at 8 a.m. Start stretching and working on your cardio because this is going to be the biggest sale of the year, and you don’t want to pull a hamstring or run out of gas halfway through vendor row.

We know it’s been a few years, so here’s a friendly reminder: even though the gates open at 8 a.m., it’s best to get there early because some of these deals are so good that high-demand products are often gone within the first couple of hours. If you’ve never been to the Chaparral Motorsports Monster Parking Lot Sale, this is the one time of year where you can find insane deals on a huge inventory of motorcycle, ATV, and UTV tires, as well as gear and accessories. The event is so big and packed with top-name vendors that it can’t fit inside Chaparral’s massive 160,000-square-foot store and therefore has to be held in the parking lot behind the store.

This is the sale that dirt bike, ATV, UTV, cruiser, Harley, and sport bike riders have been eagerly waiting for the return of, because it’s the only time they’ll find their favorite brands blowing out gear for unbelievably low prices. This year’s lineup of vendors includes popular brands such as Fasthouse, Oakley, O’Neal, Alpinestars, Galfer, Pro Circuit, ASV, Leatt, Ogio, and more.

If it’s tires you need, then Chaparral’s massive vending area is where you’ll want to head first. There will be more than 1,000 different models and sizes of tires, for a total of more than 3,000 ATV, UTV, dirt bike, Harley, and street bike tires at deeply discounted prices (UTV tires are heavy; bring your wheelbarrow or wagon to manage your haul). Plus, there will be a massive selection of goggles, along with a wide array of MX jerseys, boots, gloves, helmets, utility jugs, t-shirts, hoodies, and way too much more to list.

No matter what you ride, where you ride, or even if you just want to get a jump on your Christmas shopping, this is the sale you don’t want to miss. Entrance for the sale is on the south side of the Chaparral building on South College Dr. Gates open on Saturday, Oct. 7, at 8 a.m., but the crowd will start lining up well before that, so get there early!

Early on the morning of Saturday, October 7th, a massive crowd of motorcycle, ATV, and UTV enthusiasts lumbered up to a chain link fence behind Chaparral Motorsports with sleep still weighing on their eyes, waiting to score the outstanding deals they had become accustomed to years prior at the annual Monster Parking Lot sale. Promptly at 8 a.m., when the gates opened, like a sleeping giant groggy after a three-year hibernation, the crowd roared to life as thousands of people streamed through the gates and into the back parking lot to chase down their next pair of Oakley goggles, dirt bike gear, or score hot deals on everything they needed for sand season.

The COVID shutdown and its lingering effects drastically impacted supply and logistics, causing a several-year hiatus for the yearly Monster Parking Lot Sale. However, for the 2023 event, with more than 30 vendors on hand offering huge deals on myriad wears and thousands of Moto fans eager to shop, it’s like the huge sale had never missed a step. Smiles abound with salespeople in each booth graciously helping customers sort through products, answering questions, and ringing up purchases. There were plenty of options to choose from, ranging anywhere from moto jerseys and riding boots to Pro Circuit 2-stoke pipes and LED whips from Stiffy. No matter what type of vehicle they owned, attendees were able to shop to their heart's content and amass huge savings.

It was easy to tell those who had attended the event before, as they came prepared to handle all their purchases by bringing along things like utility carts, dollys, shopping carts, and wagons. And for those who maybe hadn’t been to the event before or forgot their cargo transport, seeing a stroller with newly acquired bargains strategically packed around an oblivious child was not an uncommon sight.

2023 RECAP

Despite an unprecedented heat wave that caused the thermometer to nearly clip the century mark on Saturday, shoppers were still happy to be out and about snatching up remarkable deals and unimaginable once-a-year sales. People were picking up early Christmas presents at the KTM booth with deeply discounted kids’ electric balance bikes. Others were treating themselves to a brand new dirt bike helmet from Alpinestars or Helmet House. Some people were even preparing for their first Glamis trip of the season by picking up new paddle tires for their SXS from the Chaparral Booth. Everyone was on a mission, and by the looks of the loaded carts and happy faces, most found exactly what they needed and more.

To combat the heat, shoppers took quick respites in whatever shade they could find and sipped on refreshing lemonade beverages from the Freshly Squeezed cart. Others who were on a shopping mission were able to combat the sweltering temperatures by picking up a straw hat from FMF or an oversized umbrella from the O’Neal booth. And those who really wanted to get out of the sun ventured into the Chaparral store, where there were even more deals on goggles, helmets, riding gear, and hard parts. The vehicle sales floor was busting with onlookers scoping out deals on sport bikes, dual sports, and Can-Am Maverick side-by-sides.

Back outside, vendors like ASV, Fox Racing, Fast House, ODI, Metal FX, Seven, and many more were hustling to fill the needs of all their customers. Unbelievable discounts like $5 Leatt tennis shoes, body armor for $125 from EVS, $50 Galfer brake rotors, and 4-point UTV harnesses from PRP Seats for only $99 were just a handful of the scorching deals shoppers scooped up.

Early on, those in the know flocked to the Chaparral booth, where tires were a hot commodity. Thousands of tires for just about every type of motorcycle, ATV, and UTV were on hand and ready to roll out the booth with extremely low price tags. Tires were marked down so deep that many shoppers picked up three or four dirt bike or street bike tires, or even multiple sets of SXS tires. The Chaparral booth was a dirt lover's delight with $10 Answer jerseys. $20 moto pants, $27 utility jugs, and dirt bike helmets as low as $40

Even though the 2023 Chaparral Monster Parking Lot Sale was a first for some new vendors and employees, and old-school veterans had a few years of rust built up, within a few hours everyone was putting in their best effort and working like well-oiled machines to keep all the customers happy. And just like all the years past, within what seemed like a blink of an eye, months of planning, preparation, and hard work came to an end as the event wound down at 3 p.m. After a brief clean-up period, everything was packed up, and then the countdown began for next year’s sale.
