How to receive your Reward Card using this redemption form:
- Purchase from a participating Michelin Motorcycle Tire retailer a new set of MICHELIN® Off-Road Motorcycle tires (front and rear) for a $30 Mastercard® Reward Card, or a single MICHELIN Off-Road Motorcycle tire for a $15 Mastercard® Reward Card.
- Provide all of the information requested, showing the purchase of a new set of MICHELIN off-road motorcycle tires (front and rear) or one new MICHELIN off-road motorcycle tire within the promotion period.
- Submit your claim using one of two options:
- Online: Complete the online form (below) and attach an image of your retail receipt.
- By Mail: Print, fill-out and mail the REDEMPTION FORM AND a copy of your retail receipt to:
