(Press release) The KTM 1090 ADVENTURE R stares
down anything in its path. Its forgiving WP suspension, wire-spoked
offroad wheels and built-to-last, fuel-efficient engine is set to
take you further off the beaten track. This motorcycle is KTM's
most offroad-capable ADVENTURE model and uses the same
state-of-the-art technology as the KTM 1290 ADVENTURE R. Buyers of
the "R" neither have to forgo features like the power assist
slipper clutch, nor the powerful radial brake system with large,
dual 320 mm Brembo front discs, multi-mode ABS or traction control
with KTM ride mode technology. The handy integrated baggage and
case carriers are, of course, also present. You will recognize the
KTM 1090 ADVENTURE R at the first glance by the bright orange
trellis frame and standard, matching engine guards that protect
components such as the fuel tank and radiators from falls that are
simply a fact of life in offroad use.
