Ducati Riding Experience Opens Registration For 2013

The Ducati Riding Experience (DRE), the racing school started by
the manufacturer, released details on its 10th year of instruction
and opened for registration this week. The school teaches
motorcycle protocol while helping riders develop their skills,
giving them access to some of the top equipment and tracks in the
world of motorsports.
DRE offers classes for every rider, from beginners to experts. All
participants are given one of the many available Ducati models to
use on the course and are also provided with instruction from some
legendary motorsports figures. Australian racer Troy Bayliss is set
to teach some extreme riding techniques to advanced participants,
who will most likely be riding specially equipped Ducati
1199 Panigales for an authentic racing experience.
Beginners and intermediate riders focus on road-oriented
activities, enhancing their basic motorcycle skills and safety
awareness while using Ducati's
Monster 1100 EVO, the Multistrada
1200 or the Hypermotard.
The most basic instruction includes one-on-one training to help
first-time riders get used to bikes.
This year's classes will be offered in two-day increments from
April to September 2013, and they will be held at Italian tracks
like the San Martino del Lago Circuit, Mugello International
Circuit and Adria International Raceway.
