Store Pickup

Buy online, avoid shipping charges, and pick up your order at the Chaparral Motorsports retail store in as little as 48 hours. Please follow the instructions below.

How It Works

  1. Place an eligible item in your cart and choose the Store Pickup shipping option.
  2. Complete your order.
  3. Wait to receive an order confirmation email that verifies that we've received your order.
  4. Wait to receive a phone call from us that lets you know your order is ready for pickup.
  5. At the store, head to the Parts Counter, or ask the associate at the door to direct you to the right place.

Bring To The Store

  • Your state-issued photo ID.
  • Your order number (for a speedier process).
  • The credit card used for the purchase. Please make sure the person picking up the order is the person named on the purchasing credit card.
  • If you only used a gift card for your purchase, just bring your ID and order number.

Changing Your Shipping or Pickup Options

  • To change your shipping or pickup options after you've placed an order, call 1-800-841-2960
  • To switch from shipping to store pickup, call within 30 minutes of placing your order.
  • To switch from store pickup to shipping, call any time.
