How It Works
- Place an eligible item in your cart and choose the Store Pickup shipping option.
- Complete your order.
- Wait to receive an order confirmation email that verifies that we've received your order.
- Wait to receive a phone call from us that lets you know your order is ready for pickup.
- At the store, head to the Parts Counter, or ask the associate at the door to direct you to the right place.
Bring To The Store
- Your state-issued photo ID.
- Your order number (for a speedier process).
- The credit card used for the purchase. Please make sure the person picking up the order is the person named on the purchasing credit card.
- If you only used a gift card for your purchase, just bring your ID and order number.
Changing Your Shipping or Pickup Options
- To change your shipping or pickup options after you've placed an order, call 1-800-841-2960
- To switch from shipping to store pickup, call within 30 minutes of placing your order.
- To switch from store pickup to shipping, call any time.
