Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. If your item is eligible for a return, please read our return instructions.

Returns For Refund

  • You can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 30 days of receipt of your item.
  • On each item returned for a refund after 30 days of receipt of your item, there may be a restocking charge. The restock fee is $10.00 or 10% fee, whichever is higher
  • A return authorization is required if it is in new, original condition, or the purchase is older than 30 days.
  • $7.99 will be deducted from your refund or exchange if using Chaparral Motorsports-provided return shipment label for postage. For tires and oversized items, $15.99 will be deducted.
  • Chaparral Motorsports retail store can accept returns. The refund takes 3-5 days to process.

Exchanges

  • You can exchange any new, unused and unaltered item within 30 days of receipt of your item.
  • There is no restocking fee within 30 days of receipt of your item. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to send the item back.
  • $7.99 will be deducted from your refund or exchange if using Chaparral Motorsports-provided return shipment label for postage. For tires and oversized items, $15.99 will be deducted.
  • A return authorization is required if it is in new, original condition, or the purchase is older than 30 days.
  • Exchanges can be made at Chaparral Motorsports retail store. Bring your packing list enclosed in your shipment.

Used or Damaged Merchandise

  • Any items which have been "taken out for a ride" or installed are considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet in your boots and to try your motorcycle helmet indoors before heading out on the bike. Please read the labels of the items to ensure fitment before using or installing.
  • Any merchandise or parts which show signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc.) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.

Returns/Exchanges for Model Specific Products

Any products returned for refund or exchange must be in new condition in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. BE SURE THE PART YOU ORDER IS FOR YOUR SPECIFIC VEHICLE. Please be aware of this policy before beginning the installation of any model-specific part.

We accept returns on original equipment (OEM) parts within 30 days of receipt. All OEM parts must remain in their original wrapper or box affixed with the label. The packages must be free of writings or markings. Items returned that do not include the original packaging, and the original part number label will not be accepted. Electrical, ignition, discontinued, and non-stocking special order parts are not returnable.

Wrong Item Received

Chaparral Motorsports will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. Chaparral Motorsports will reimburse standard ground shipping rates only.

Warranty Evaluation

Please call Chaparral customer service at 909-889-1302 before returning a part for a warranty. All warranty claims are processed through the product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by a Chaparral Motorsports customer service representative. If Chaparral accepts the warranty shipment, Chaparral will submit your product to the manufacturer for evaluation. The product manufacturer will determine whether the product qualifies for a warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Clearance and Closeout Items

There are no refunds or exchanges on clearance and closeout or items.

Package Deal Returns For Refund

If you return any item from a package deal for a refund, the items that not returned from the package deal revert to regular pricing; the customer will receive a refund of the remainder after recalculated pricing reflects the original pricing of the package deal contents. We suggest that you exchange the item rather than refund the item to avoid price changes.

Package Deal Exchanges

If you need to exchange any package deal item for a different size or color, we will accommodate you if possible. We cannot allow exchanges for package deals that contain items that are discontinued or no longer available. All exchanges are subject to availability and must be within 30 days of the receipt date.

Return Limitations

Electrical, ignition, discontinued, and special order items are not returnable. Videos and DVDs must be unopened and in original packaging.

Damaged, Missing Contents

If you receive a shipment that has been damaged or is missing parts that you ordered, please call Chaparral Motorsports toll free 1-800-841-2960 and report the damaged or missing contents. Please do not ship the products to us until instructed. It is essential to keep the packaging materials of that shipment. We will settle the claim with the carrier and reship you a replacement or refund your purchase.

eBay

Please call customer service at 909-889-1302 for a return authorization before shipping the product back to Chaparral Motorsports. eBay returns are subject to a restocking fee, 15% fee.

Amazon

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Go to your Amazon account to obtain a return authorization for the returning items. When you ship the items back, be sure to include the return authorization form in the box. You will receive your refund in 2-3 weeks. We issue refunds within 3-5 days after Chaparral Motorsports submits your information and processes your return with Amazon.com. We do not offer item exchanges on orders placed through Amazon. Amazon order returns are subject to a restocking fee, a 15% fee.

Warranties

Customer understands that Chaparral Motorsports is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not Chaparral Motorsports. All products are sold AS-IS. In purchasing the products, the customer is relying on the manufacturer's specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures, photographs or other illustrations representing the products that may be provided by Chaparral Motorsports. CHAPARRAL MOTORSPORTS HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATED TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY THIRD PARTIES OR AFFILIATES OF CHAPARRAL MOTORSPORTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT AFFECT THE TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, IF ANY.

Indemnification

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chaparral Motorsports and its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, successors, or assigns from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from customer's (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions of Sale; (b) use of any products purchased on Chaparral Motorsports' Web Site, thru the Chaparral Motorsports' Retail store or thru Chaparral Motorsports' call center. Chaparral Motorsports reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by customer, in which event Customer will cooperate with Chaparral Motorsports in asserting any available defenses.

Any action relating to the use of the Web Site, catalogs or any transaction with Chaparral Motorsports must be brought in the state or federal courts located in the County of San Bernardino, California.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL CHAPARRAL MOTORSPORTS OR ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM PRODUCTS PURCHASED BY CUSTOMER. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF CHAPARRAL MOTORSPORTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, CHAPARRAL MOTORSPORTS LIABILITY IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NEITHER CHAPARRAL MOTORSPORTS NOR ITS AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, NEITHER CHAPARRAL MOTORSPORTS NOR ITS AFFILIATES ARE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Chaparral Motorsports will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency.
