Thank you for your inquiry Angel. When resting on top of the lower paddle and measured to the top of the highest paddle the total height of this tire in size 31x14-15 measures 29-1/8" tall. More like 28-1/2" if I let the tire rest between two of the paddles. Please keep in mind that the tires I measured were unmounted. - Kyle & the Chap Moto Team
