How will I know the date on the tire before purchasing? I have been sold old tires in the past online. Thanks.
Carlton Pfeifer - May 26, 2018
Thank you for your inquiry Carlton. Check out the video links below. With most manufacturers, the warranty begins based upon your sales receipt, not the date code on the tire. Our climate controlled warehouses keep tires fresh, so you would have no worries.

Why does my tire have b behind the 180?
Jerry Ingram - May 10, 2018
Thank you for your inquiry Jerry. The B mean Bias Ply, R would mean Radial. If there is not an R or a B... it is Bias Ply. Best touring tire i've ran
I've run two sets of the commander 2's on my '11 ultra limited. i have gotten 15-20k miles out of each set. and honestly could have gone more, but the factory suspension causes them to wear uneven. grip very well and comfortable ride. as they wear down they can be a little slick when the ground is wet, but good riding skills with fix that. well worth the money for benefits and longevity
