FMX Champ Jarryd McNeil And His Dog Rooga Lay Down The Best Tail Whip Ever

We see dogs riding on motorcycles all the time. Usually it's a big dog with gums flapping in the wind as they cruise around in a sidecar or a smaller pup straddling the gas tank or tucked into the jacket or vest of their owner. This however, is something I've never seen before and is completely on another level than just a leisure putt around town.

This is multi-time FMX freestyle champ Jarryd McNeil and his pup Rooga. As you can see Rooga has nerves of steel and wags his tail at the thrill of chasing adrenalin rushes. Jarryd said Rooga loves to jump up on his two-stroke Yamaha YZ250 and go for rides around his FMX compound.

Fresh off winning gold in Moto X Step Up and bronze in Moto X Best Whip at the X-Games in Minneapolis, Jarryd decided to celebrate with Rooga by taking him off a couple big hits. As you can see in the video, Rooga was quite the Good Boy. He was very composed and held on with all four paws with his ears flapping in the wind with each jump. X-Games organizers might have to open up a whole new category of best (tail) whip for these FMX riders and their pets.
