First Look: 2019 Shift Racing MX Gear

has just released its 2019 motocross gear lineup and as you would expect there are some pretty awesome gear sets and colors that will be shredding the tracks and trails. The new season of Shift mx gear of jerseys, pants, goggles, and gloves cover the gamut of materials and features with three distinct collections designed to cater to the wants and needs of specific riders.

The three collections for 2019 are: Black Label, White Label, and Recon. The Black Label line offers a looser and more traditional fit for those that don't want their jerseys tight against their body. This gear falls just under the Blue line in terms of price point. The third dedicated MX collection is the White Label. Intended for the everyday rider/casual rider who wants a nice jersey and pant set but doesn't want to spend a ton of dough or wants to have a couple different setups in their gear bag, the White Label collection offers simplicity, quality construction, and all day comfort. The Recon collection which is more for the offroad/trail ride delivers convenience and longevity with its storage pockets and strong build characteristics.

There actually is one more line: the Blue Collection, this is reserved for the Limited Edition gear that shift releases 3-4 times throughout the year. The Blue Label collection is the company's premium gear line with a premium price tag and features an extremely athletic fit. Tight on the body but comprised of stretchable materials for comfort and ease of movement, the Blue Label line keeps everything in its place so you don't look like a flag as you blast a straight away. Shift hasn't released and of the Blue LE kits for 2019.

Once you settle on a gear set you can complete the look from head to toe with a mix of motocross helmets, goggles, and gloves to choose from in the 2019 Shift gear lineup.

The Recon Pant is built for serious off-road riders: those who ride hard and need a great combination of functionality and style for all day use. We took everything you need for a day on the trail, and the campsite after, and threw it all into one killer off-road pant. The unique multi-functional design combines rugged materials with practical functionality. The 850D main body brings some serious durability. But, thanks to 4-way stretch paneling in the crotch and back of the leg, as well as articulated knees, the pants are agile and comfortable both on and off the bike.
