Motorcycle enthusiasts will have an even broader selection of motorcycles to choose from when shopping at Chaparral Motorsports, as the dealership has just signed on to become an SSR Motorsports dealer. Widely known and respected for their pit bikes, since it was established in 2002 SSR Motorsports has steadily grown as a motorcycle distributor and has increased its line of powersports vehicles to include full size dirt bikes, street bikes, scooters and more. By adding SSR Motorsports to its vehicles sales floor Chaparral will be able to provide customers with a wide range of brands and models to suit any riding style and budget.

SSR Motorsports SR150

Already well-established as one of the leading Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, and KTM motorcycle dealerships in southern California, Chaparral Motorsports is always looking for opportunities to grow in order to provide its customers with the best selection. Chaparral Motorsports will be carrying a select grouping of motorcycles from SSR Motorsports that will include several 70cc and 125cc pit bike models, 150cc and 189cc dirt bikes models, as well as the street oriented Razkull 125 and Benelli TNT 135.

"We are extremely excited to bring on SSR Motorsports and have the opportunity to offer our customers even more options when searching for a new bike," stated Chaparral Motorsports Vehicle Sales Manager Andy Anaya. "The models we will initially be carrying from SSR Motorsports fit into our most popular motorcycle segments and will provide our customers with a more well-rounded selection. Anyone looking for a cool, trick, and affordable alternative to the big four Japanese motorcycle manufacturers will greatly appreciate the SSR Motorsports models we will have on hand."

SSR Motorsports SR189

Chaparral will carry the SSR Motorsports SR70 C and SR70 Auto pit bikes, both of which have MSRPs of less than $1,000. These motorcycles are powered by a 72cc Bangen, 4-stroke, single cylinder, air cooled engine and feature 22.5" and 21.5" seat heights respectively. The main difference between the two is the SR70 is a 4-speed semi-automatic while the SR70Auto is full automatic. Stepping up in overall size and displacement Chaparral will offer all four of the SR125 pit bike models, the SR125, SR125 Semi, SR125 Auto, and SR125 TR. All four bikes are powered by 124cc, 4 stroke, single cylinder, air cooled engines. The SR125 is a full manual shift while the 125Semi and 125Auto are similar to the 70cc versions. The SR125 TR is a 4-speed manual that's comparable trail bikes from competing manufacturers but at a fraction of the price. In the dirt bike segment, Chaparral will be selling the SR150 and SR189. These dirt bikes are perfect for younger riders who have out grown smaller motorcycles, and with their low entry cost they are great options for busy families who might not get as much riding time as they'd like.

SSR Motorsports Razkull 125

To cater to the growing popularity of the small displacement street bikes such as the Honda Grom and Kawasaki Z125 Chaparral will carry the SSR Razkull 125 street mini and the Benelli TNT135. The Razkull 125 features naked bike styling with an exposed trellis frame and curvaceous body work. It is powered by a 125cc, 4-stroke, single cylinder, air cooled engine and a 4-speed manual shift transmission. With an MSRP that's nearly $1,500 less than that of the Grom the Razkull will definitely catch the attention of riders looking for a fun and affordable small displacement motorcycle. The Benelli TNT135 stems from a rich history in Italian motorcycling that was started by the Benelli brothers in 1911. In 2005 the company became part of China based Q.J. Group. More recently SSR and Q.J. agreed to control North American Distribution of the Benelli product lines. At the heart of the TNT135 is a 134.7cc single-cylinder, 4-stroke, oil-cooled, 4-valve, SOHC, fuel-injected engine and 5-speed transmission. A shrunk down version of a modern sport bike, the 135 features sharp body lines, a 41mm inverted front end and a spring pre-load and rebound adjustable rear shock. Its race-inspired looks are highlighted by bright red brake calipers and wheel accents as well as dual slash-cut exhaust tips.

Chaparral Motorsports is exited to take delivery of its first SSR Motorsports units in the coming weeks. This new line of motorcycles will give shoppers yet one more brand to choose from and the budget friendly pricing should help making the process of getting on to a new motorcycle a much easier one.
