Dirt Bike Wheels On A Budget? Rex Wheels Delivers
There are a couple of reasons why you might need to
change out your dirt bike wheels.
Maybe you were riding trails and clipped a big boulder that
severely damaged the lip. Or worse, maybe you had a gnarly crash
that tweaked the rim out of true. On the other side of the coin,
maybe you don't NEED to change out your dirt bike wheels, but you
just want to change up the look of your motorcycle, or you want to
have a spare rear wheel out fitted with a sand tire so that you're
ready to go ride the dunes.
Knowing that some new dirt bike wheels can often be upwards of $600-$700, Rex Wheels decided to create a wheel package comprised of great quality components at prices that are more affordable than some of the popular brands/models most riders typically look to. The wheels feature a black powdercoated Rexfelgen rim that is made by Excel Rim Co.. The hubs are machined out of 6082 billet aluminum and are anodized to match the prominent colorways of the dirt bike manufacturers (eg: orange=KTM, blue=Yamaha, red=Honda). And then the wheels and hubs are assembled with heavy duty stainless steel spokes at the same facility in the Netherlands that makes Haan Wheels.

One of the best things about Rex Wheels is that once you select a wheel or wheels for your motorcycle the package comes with an assortment of spacers to fit a variety of bike models for that same manufacturer. That means if you sell or change bikes you will most likely already have the spacers to fit so that you can slip the wheels onto your new ride. Check out the video for a more thorough break down.
