When Supercross last visited Atlanta's Georgia Dome in 2012, a record 71,009 spectators were on hand to watch Ryan Dungey end Ryan Villopoto's win streak. This year, fans could see a similar result, as the defending series champion Villopoto won his third motorsports race of the season last week and is currently making a push for the top spot in the rankings. Before he can do that, however, he'll have to outplay a field of riders eager to take the crown.

"I've had a target on back this year, everyone knows that, and it's stressful," Villopoto said. "I'm just trying to have fun with riding again ... Davi [Millsaps] has been riding really good this year, so we have to just chip away at it. It's going to take a while."

Millsaps is the current overall leader in the standings, capitalizing on a year where he has been near the top in almost every race. He is 21 points ahead of Ryan Dungey and 24 in front of Villopoto, but a strong race by any one of them could change the outlook of the series as the halfway point of the season approaches.
