Bruce Willis donated five motorcycles from his private collection
in order to raise money for charity, and the second of these bikes
is now on the auction block. Willis, who was born on a U.S.
military base in Germany, donated his bikes in order to support the
armed forces.
The 1988 Yamaha TW200 Trailway is currently for sale on the auction
site Charity Buzz and has an estimated value of $1,400 without
taking the connection to the actor into account. The red and black
bike only has 1,485 miles on it and is listed as being in good
condition.
In December, a 2005 Ducati Multistrada 1000DS was auctioned off for
$6,250, and in the coming months motorsports enthusiasts can expect
to see a 1991 Yamaha XT350, 1972 Harley-Davidson Ironhead Sportster
XLH and a 1962 Cushman Eagle up for sale.
Proceeds from the sales will go toward The Boot Campaign, a
nonprofit military support group that helps veterans and wounded
combat troops. Bids on the bike will be accepted beginning February
4 and ending on February 26.
