The American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) has announced additional seminars for the upcoming 2012 AMA International Women & Motorcycling Conference, to be held July 26-29 in Carson City, Nevada. The event will focus on women's issues in the world of casual riding and motorsports. "We are pleased to announce more additions to an already exciting seminar lineup at the AMA International Women & Motorcycling Conference," said AMA Marketing Manager Tigra Tsujikawa. "These seminars will offer something for riders of every type and skill level. The expertise of our speakers is second-to-none, resulting in a slate of offerings that is as diverse as it is informative." Sample seminars include "Riding Past Your Limitations," "Motorcycle Matchmaker," "The Health Benefits of Off-Road Riding" and a lecture dedicated to women's motorcycle helmets, among others. In addition to the seminars, the event will feature a barbecue and celebration party, as well as a massive health fair where women can get free mammograms and screenings for cholesterol and high blood pressure. Registered AMA members can sign up for the conference for $125 if they do so before May 15th - otherwise, the fee increases to $175. Non-members must pay $235 to sign up.
