Triumph's 2011 Thunderbird Storm

Triumph recently unveiled the new Thunderbird Storm in Arizona,
where riders were allowed to show off its full capabilities on the
wide open roads.
Instead of having the usual chrome trim, the Thunderbird Storm has
replaced it with black. The motorcycle has brake calipers, Speed
Trip-style dual headlights, turn indicators, bar risers gauge
bezel, engine cover, chain guard, shock springs and rear sprockets,
according to Motorcycle.com.
It is equipped with a parallel-Twin engine which and has received a
100cc increase in displacement and is now 1,700cc. The big-bore kit
is available on the Storm as well, which includes bigger pistons,
camshafts, piston rings, new cylinder liners and much more. The
engine is still liquid-cooled with a dual overhead camshaft and a
270-degree firing interval, the news source reported.
Twin 310mm floating discs are mated to Nissin four-piston calipers
and the rear 310mm is mated to a two-piston Brembo caliper, which
makes braking feel like a sports bike.
Consumers can purchase the bike in two shades of black - Matt Black
or Jet Black. Pricing for the vehicle starts around $13,899.
