Items that are not in stock are considered backorders and will ship at a later date. Item availability is displayed on item pages, in the cart, and on your order confirmation. We will not charge your credit card until the item ships.

Estimated Arrival

Items that are on backorder typically arrive to us in 5-7 business days. Chaparral has shipments arriving daily. To check on the status of your order, call 1-800-841-2960.

Please keep in mind that the arrival date is an estimated time frame and is subject to change.

Changes in backorder item time arrival is normally due to manufacturing delay. Chaparral understands how important it is to receive your order in a timely manner and we continually replenish our stock to avoid backorder delays.


U.S. addresses:
In-stock items are shipped immediately. Out of stock or backordered items will be shipped in a separate shipment when they are all available.

International addresses:
Order is held until all items are in stock, and will ship together.


We cannot guarantee that the backorder will be filled. If the backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you via e-mail.

Orders are canceled after 60 days and notification is sent. You do have the option of extending your backorder by calling or emailing before the cancellation date.
